The hotel was top rated and fairly clean with astonishing views of downtown. The location was peaceful and comfy, for example, Sunset Strip was not very far from the property.
Well, the area was really bad overall.

The room was fantastic. It was more like a suite then a hotel room it was huge. Very clean & well kept. We decided to extend our stay for one night & they matched our rate with bookings.com. I cannot fault this hotel. Wonderful service.

The location of the hotel is very nice, as well as the trendy furnishings. The staff is very friendly, the hotel as well as the room is very clean and spacious.
Although the room has a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, cooker, microwave, etc.), apart from two coffee cups there is no crockery. The parking (Valet) costs an additional $ 40 plus tax.

Very nice, modern and comfortable apartment, even with gas fireplace! Ideal for a family of five. Nice pool on the roof.
The parking fees are really very high: 40 dollars. That would be more easy to bear, if a part of it would be already included in the room price...

close to Sunset Nightclubs, Rodeo drive.. They have a small restaurant and bar in the hotel but service at restaurant is very SLOW at breakfast. Rooms are spacious and have a small kitchen- ( but no supplies). Clean and comfortable rooms.
Cooling system was marginal. Air conditioning was a wall mounted unit and was not enough to keep room cool enough on a warm night. Some of the reception staff was poor.

Fantastic location and friendly staff!
The staff were cute, and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary wine hour-it was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions, like Rodeo Drive. I found the room could use a little updating to enhance the overall experience.

The rooms were very nice & spacious. Food excellent. Pool area fantastic. Close to some restaraunts and convenience store.
Asked staff to have a maxi taxi ordered and ready for us for 5am to get to the hotel but got downstairs to checkout and it had not been ordered - staff then ordered a normal taxi so we had to travel 30mins to airport with suitcases on our laps. Pool area shuts early. Charged double car parking when we only had one vehicle.

Traveled with my daughter (12). Location was fantastic for getting around LA and visiting the coast. Room was terrific. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which we always seemed to have to ourselves.
Parking at $35/night is steep, but it is LA.

I had a lovely time enjoying the free evening wine and hanging out at the rooftop pool. The spacious suite with a great kitchen setup made it easy to unwind after a long day, and the heated swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax. The only slight hiccup was the Wi-Fi, which could have been better, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it! 🍷

The hotel is in a charming, quiet area and convenient to both Hollywood and Beverly Hills by public transport. It is a couple of minutes walk to West Sunset Blvd where lots cafes, restaurants, pubs and design shops are alongside. Staff are nice. room is very clean and we feel relaxed.
no cookware though there is kitchen - is not very convenient for a family with kids. the hotel location is a bit far from shopping areas such as Melrose and farmers market.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was beautiful, very clean. The 2 tvs made it possible for my daughter and I to watch the olympics and the kids to watch something else. Bed was very comfortable. Because of the location we found Sunset Blvd and Hollywood Blvd and were able to tour each. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
